My partner and I have two doodles. Maggie is an apricot goldendoodle who likes to nap 95% of the day. Reuben (named after the sandwich) is a 90-pound black bernedoodle who likes to plop on top of any human. Their preferred treats are rotisserie chicken and cherry tomatoes.
In my free time, I enjoy baking of all types. Recently, I've ventured into lamination, which is the process of folding butter into dough over and over again to create extremely thin layers; this is the technique used in pastries like croissants and danishes. I'm also experimenting with pâte á choux, which is the pastry dough used to make éclairs.
